One (1) $100 Gas Card from Clifford Fuel will be given away.

The winner of the Clifford Fuel Co. Inc. gas card will be determined by a random drawing. All entry forms that are completed on www.CliffordFuel.com are eligible.

By entering for the $100 Gas Card Giveaway you are giving Clifford Fuel Co. Inc. the right to keep you informed via email of any Clifford Fuel Co. Inc. contests and announcements.

Failure to complete entire sign-up process and e-mail confirmation will result in disqualification.

The random drawing for the winner will be drawn June 5th and announced on June 6th.

Winners must claim their prize, in person, at the Clifford Fuel Co. Inc. Corporate Office during regular business hours (10AM – 4PM) Monday through Friday.

Photo identification is required to claim prize.

Failure to claim prize with in thirty (30) days of notification will result in forfeiture of prize.

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted.

Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes in conjunction with acceptance of any prize.

By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice or likeness to be used in any advertising, promotion or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of any prize.

Contestants will agree to hold Clifford Fuel Co. Inc., affiliated companies and the officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from accepting the prize or participation in the contest.

Clifford Fuel Co. Inc. reserves the right to impose an additional age limit.

Clifford Fuel Co. Inc. may not be held responsible for any technical or email difficulties that results in a failure in the delivery of an eligible entry, printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or for eligible entries lost due to computer failure.

Clifford Fuel Co. Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Clifford Fuel Co. Inc. web site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Clifford Fuel Co. Inc. further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

Employees of Clifford Fuel Co. Inc., Professional Media Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
